This is something that's becoming increasingly common as I find my way around the kitchen and get more comfortable with food. Most of the time my wife does the cooking as she genuinely enjoys it and is very good at it.

Tonight was my turn as she was making Bran muffins (also very good) and I decided to go with Chicken. It was fantastic! I really enjoyed it, got the blend of spices perfectly right (I like to experiment with flavours) and everything seemed to be well done.

Go me.
